  • Our First Responder will learn more about your needs, get some basic information from you, and assign a Kelmann team member to your project right away.
  • As soon as possible, your team member will arrive on site with detailed information about how we can help mitigate and restore your property quickly and professionally. Your team member will talk with you about:

    • Details of the event that caused damage
    • Your preferences and wishes
  • Before we arrive, you will receive an email with a photo and biography of your team member, as well as some additional information about Kelmann and our process.
