Kelmann Corp (“Kelmann” or “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.     • Note: this information may be collected through our third-party payment processor, PayTrace. We do not collect or store this information.
  • Insurance Policy Information: We may collect your insurance policy information, such as your policy number, deductible amount, and your coverages in order to provide our Services to you.
  • Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, device ID, browser type, operating system, and CPU, and information regarding your interaction with the Sites.
  • Geolocation Data: We may be able to associate an imprecise geolocation, such as your city, state, and ZIP code based on your IP address.

 SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Directly from You

We collect your Personal Information directly from you when you access or use the Sites or otherwise interact with us, such as engaging with customer support, taking surveys, or using our Services.

From You Automatically

We may collect certain information about you automatically when you use the Sites, such as your IP address, mobile carrier, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet. From Third Parties

  • Perform the Services. We use your Personal Information to communicate with you and to coordinate with insurance providers and contractors or subcontractors to perform our Services for you.
  • Provide Customer Service. We use your Personal Information when responding to requests for information and to complete customer service requests. If you interact with us using our online chat, we may retain your chat transcripts to ensure quality service and to improve our Services.
  • Operate the Sites. We may use your Personal Information to provide and maintain the Sites and our Services, including maintaining the security of the Sites and your Personal Information.

  • Insurance Companies. In order to coordinate insurance claims and provide other Services, we may share your Personal Information with your insurance providers.
  • Contractors and Subcontractors. We provide information, such as your name and address, to our contractors and subcontractors in order to perform the Services that you have requested, such as remediation or remodeling services.
  • Parties to Business Transactions. In the event of an anticipated or actual merger or acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, we may transfer or allow third parties to use information owned or controlled by us, including Personal Information. We reserve the right, in connection with these types of transactions, to transfer, share, assign, or sell your Personal Information and other information we have collected to third parties or to authorize such third parties to use any Personal Information including for due diligence as part of any of the transactions described in this paragraph. Any Personal Information that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties as required by law or subpoena, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to comply with the law and/or the reasonable requests of regulators, law enforcement, or other public authorities, to protect our property, legal rights, safety, or the safety of others, to prevent harm, investigate fraud, or to protect the security or integrity of the Sites or any equipment used to make the Sites available.
  • Professional Advisors. We may share your Personal Information with our professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and business advisors, in their capacity as advisors to Kelmann.

TOOLS WE USE AND YOUR CHOICES

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and collect data on your usage of the Sites to learn whether the Sites are operating optimally. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer or device. When you visit a website again, the cookie allows that website to recognize your browser. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences, and other information. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a third-party service that transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. We have enabled and implemented Google Analytics and the following advertising features: AdWords and Dynamic Remarketing. Kelmann participates in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram that enable online sharing and collaboration among users. Anything you post on our social media pages is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) anything you post on our social media pages on the Sites, Services, and our social media pages. Your use of social media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of use of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not market our services or direct or target any piece of the Sites to children under the age of 18 or knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18.
